As BMV İnşaat Turizm Gıda San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. ("WORLD DREAMS HOTEL"), we value the security and privacy of your personal data. Therefore, we are presenting the following matters for your information in accordance with our obligation to inform you under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") regarding all personal data belonging to all individuals affiliated with WORLD DREAMS HOTEL, including our guests who use our services. Personal data protection is among WORLD DREAMS HOTEL's fundamental policies. Throughout our business's existence, we have prioritized the privacy of personal data, adopted this as a working principle, and instructed our employees to work in accordance with this principle. WORLD DELUXE HOTEL accepts and undertakes to comply with all responsibilities imposed by the Personal Data Protection Law. Fully aware of this responsibility and acting as the Data Controller, we process, record, transfer, share, and store your personal data as described above and within the limits stipulated by official legislation.

Our institution contains identity, contact, religion/belief, health, financial, educational and other sensitive personal data such as candidate employees, employees, former employees, customers, guests, product or service buyers, potential product or service buyers, suppliers, supplier employees, visitors.

In addition, within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation, particularly the Identity Information Law No. 1774, the Law No. 5651 on Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through Such Publications and related legislation, the Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related legislation, the Labor Law No. 4857, the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, your personal data is processed in order to ensure the fulfillment of these purposes and legal obligations.

In addition, your personal data mentioned above can be kept in both digital and physical environments by being recorded in physical archives and information systems belonging to WORLD DREAMSHOTEL.

Your personal data processed for the purposes specified in this document will be anonymized and will continue to be used or deleted by us once the purpose requiring processing pursuant to Law No. 6698 ceases and the legally stipulated periods have passed. You have the right to withdraw your explicit consent regarding the processing and use of your personal data at any time.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to service providers such as information technology, software, archive, printing, card printing, distribution companies, and other third parties with whom we cooperate, and abroad for storage and archive activities, to our board of directors, business/solution partners, and legally authorized public and private institutions and organizations, in order to provide you with this service, provided that it is limited to the reasons requiring transfer within the scope of the Law and relevant regulations for the purposes explained above.

Your personal data may be collected from any verbal, written or electronic environment, by automatic or non-automatic methods, for the purposes specified above, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and as stipulated in the laws specified in the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Law, for the establishment and/or performance of a contract, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, and based on the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.

5. Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

Within the framework of the law, you have the right to; learn whether your personal data is being processed, if so, request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used by us in accordance with these purposes; learn the third parties to whom it has been transferred, whether domestically or internationally; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request deletion, destruction, or anonymization if the reasons requiring processing are no longer present; request notification of these to third parties to whom the data has been transferred in such cases or in the event of correction; and object to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems if you believe that a result to your detriment has been produced.

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, our Company will finalize application requests within 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires a fee, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will apply. If the request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection, or the work performed upon the request, will be justified in writing or electronically.

WORLD DDREAMS HOTEL reserves the right to update this “Information Text on the Protection of Personal Data” within the framework of any changes that may be made to the current official legislation or data protection processes.
